    We have created custom Jack and Jill software to help you manage your members. Events, activities, age groups, and feedback are all included in our Premium package.

Depending on your hosting plan, we will set up your domain name, create your web pages, and move your content from your program book to the website. If you have purchased the premium plan, you will need to provide us your member roster, children's roster, and other information so your site can get up and running as soon as possible.
It takes 30 days to create your website. If you are very responsive and provide all of the things we need you may be up and running in a couple of weeks!
Please check out PRICING page for more information on the cost. The cost involves a one-time set up fee, and one year of hosting fees to be paid up front. You renew at the beginning of each chapter year, paying up front for one year.
Yes. Our websites work in all modern browsers, and are easy to use on mobile devices.
Once you pick a hosting package, we will be in close touch with you regarding the content of the site. Once your site is launched, we will update the pages for you. Of course, you will have the ability to update the pages yourselves, but your hosting plan includes 10 hours of annual updates.
When your chapter members volunteer to take on an entire website (design, development, maintenance), it can lead to poorly designed sites that do not use the most modern technologies. We have experience with Jack and Jill websites, so why recreate the wheel? Even if the member finds a way to create a beautiful, well-organized website at no cost, what happens when she burns out? You must consider the long-term plans for: the hosting company, the maintenance process, and the server response time. Charsoft is a professional website design, development and hosting company with over twenty years experience. We will make sure your site is always up, is backed up and patched to avoid vulnerabilities. If you have a member who wants to create a site from scratch, then that's the ideal person to work with Charsoft to help get a new hosted site up and running. You will be enjoying the best of both worlds, because once we build your site for you, your volunteers will have great success in keeping it up to date.
Our hosting fees include
  • Dedicated website server - your site won't be hosted with thousands of other sites, as in a GoDaddy site
  • Customized Jack and Jill branding - we have thought through all of the things a Jack and Jill chapter needs for a website that informs the world of its presence, and also supports members-only activities
  • Nightly Backups - never worry about losing data. If something goes wrong, we backup the website nightly so you can recover your stuff.
  • Software Patching - as soon as a vulnerability is found, either with the operating system or the software, we apply it to your site. You never have to worry about being hacked because an old version of the website software was never updated
  • 10 hours of annual updates - we'll keep your website up to date, as long as you tell us what to put where. If you go over the allocated time, we will charge you hourly for the overage. Don't worry, we'll let you know when you are approaching your limit.

Yes! Simply create a PayPal button using your PayPal business account, and we will put the button on your website. This service doesn't cost extra; it's included in your ten hours of maintenance.
