Activity Feedback is a Premium Feature.

Jack and Jill chapters are required to collect activity feedback after each event.   Our system automates the process described below:

 

 

Here is an example of a feedback form being submitted by a member of the Loudoun County chapter of Jack and Jill. Notice that the name of the member is automatically filled in (the user has logged in, so we know her name automatically).  The system automatically lists all Activity Categories. Feedback is easy as 1-2-3!!

1) Choose the category

2) Choose the activity

3) Provide your feedback and click "save".
